In one of those moments of clarity...(almost as if Shatoushka has actually shared her coffee with you by blowing the froth onto your face, you see, feel, and taste the coffee's active ingredients, rather then just watch Shatoushka roll her eyes to the back of her head as if everyone should already know the point because it's soooo obvious)...

Shatoushka does not believe in shame...

Shame on you Shatoushka. (tee hee)

So, what do you propose fills in for the hole left by the vanquished "shame"?

first of all, 'shame' or the lack thereof is not
my concept. it is merely a choice of/in perception.

tell me something, alex...

is 'shame' a natural emotion? if so, do animals
feel it?

Yes, animals feel shame. I once put a little pac man type of puppet on my cats head for a student film I was making...and he had a look of humilation on his face, or, shame.

I didn't realize it until I looked at the film, and a friend had implied as much also.

Jealousy, fear, anger, shame, they co-mingle. What about when you point to do-do left by your dog, they feel shame over it.

My dog won't eat after having an "accident" inside.
